I have finally found the time to update the repository.  All should
now be in a compilable state again.  Due to carelessness I mixed an
extra update (to ListView.xs) in with the commit, but it's easier to
leave that as is, rather than try to fix it.

I think that adding '-d' (create missing directories) to your CVS
update command will be sufficient - but don't take my word for it.
