I'm not sure if people are developing apps on Windows XP yet, but when 
I tried to use one of my apps developed in Win2K on a WinXP box, all of 
the grey background turned white, but all of the controls stayed grey. 
Essentially, the app looked ugly.  Has anyone else experienced this and 
if so, is there a workaround?
