First you set up your $menu. Then it is done something like this... I have a
script that does this when a user Click's on a NotifyIcon, so within the sub
ni_Click there is:

my ( $nipx, $nipy ) = Win32::GUI::GetCursorPos ();
$Window->TrackPopupMenu( $menu -> {'PopUpMenu'}, $nipx, $nipy );
