[perl-win32-gui-users] Adding Scrollbars to a window

Last month Eric Hansen was asking about adding scroll bars to windows - I 
have found myself in the same situation. Like Eric I can add scroll bars to 
a window, but I can’t work out how to use them. I have searched through the 
docs and the web but can’t find anything. Any ideas?

I am trying to implement a scrolling window (which contains various bitmaps) 
which is part of a tab strip - am I wasting my time trying to implement 
this?

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
