[perl-win32-gui-users] Recursive Grep

I have to write a unix shell script which does recursive grep.......It 
should be an enhancement over Grep. i.e. It should support all the 
functionalities of Grep.

Please tell me  how to do that
I am trying.....using 'find'..'grep'....'$@' etc....Please Help
