This is first Release candidate for Win32::GUI 1.0.

Thanks for updating Changelog with my changes... I forgot.
I've tested out the new version 0.99_1 with all three of my
applications, and it works at least as well as the prior development
branch code. Well, I actually tested my own build of the same code, not
your PPM, to be precise. But I did a nmake clean, and a CVS update, so
all should be the same.
Thanks for doing the release.... on to 1.0 !!
