That's probably because there is no "simple" way to do it in any
language.

There are "kits" available for VB/C++/C#, all of which add a 'nice'
level of complexity to your program in terms of the work you need to do
to make it work. Theoretically one or more of these 'kits' could be
ported for availability in Win32-GUI. The trick there is that most of us
actively developing modules and or core components of Win32-GUI are
focusing on expanding the useful feature base and stability of the
project as a whole.

It's definitely something that would be nice to have, but I'm not sure
anyone has the time and priority to make it happen in the immediate
future.

I could be wrong though :p

Subject: [perl-win32-gui-users] Skins programming with Win32::GUI

Sorry everyone, but I can't remember if I asked this question once
before or
not.

Has anyone created a Perl app that uses Win32::GUI to create a
"skinable"
interface? I referring to something like WinAmp where users can change
the
look of the application by selecting or downloading a different skin.
If
so, please forward any sort of guidance you can provide. If not, does
anyone know where to start with getting further education on the topic?
I've searched goggle several times and can't really find anything that
says
"here's how to get started building a skinable application...in any
language"

Thank in advance
