[perl-win32-gui-users] File requester in Win32?

Hi all

Is there any easy way to include a file name requester (like when you 
"Save as..." in a program) to allow you to return a filename for 
loading/saving? I think I have seen it in my trawling through websites, 
but I cannot remember where....
