Thank you Robert, I`ll digest this and bang my head against it later
this evening :)
(as the message is truncated in the archive, I am guessing that there is
nothing after the get_bitmap() routine)

Hi all
Not being a programmer by trade, I try to try things over and over again
until I admit to myself that I dont have a clue :) So far, everything in
Win32::GUI has seemed straight forward(ish), but I think I have run into
a problem due to the fact that I dont know what its supposed to be
doing, and therefore dont actually know what *I* should be doing :)
I am trying to place bitmap images (via DIBitmap) into the background of
a window, and still have Buttons appear in the window (on top of the
image). I have spent the last 5 hours looking through the docs, through
the BitmapScroll.pl, and searching the mail list for any clue as to how
to get this working (or even half working and doing something odd... it
would be a start!).
Would it be possible for someone to help me with this, in a simple "do
this, then do this, then.." kind of way? I have all my windows, buttons,
tabs, status bars, timers and everything else working.... its just
putting a single image in the window has totally baffled me :(
(Please dont say read the docs or look at the example files, they havent
helped in the last 5 hours, so I doubt they will magically help me now :)
