[perl-win32-gui] Error with sample file from Jenda site

I tried the AddressBook.gpl and I get the error:
Can't call method "Hide" on an undefined value at 
C:/Perl/site/lib/Win32/GUI/CardLayout.pm line 19.
What is wrong?
