Ahhhh, it was just an ordinary "call by value" used in lots of
programming languages. Well, even though "call by name" as used in
Algol was found to cause lots of hard to fix errors you should still
use it in english. The name of the language is "Perl", but you are
righs is is a pearl ;-)

Try to search the net, I've never heard about such a library. Are you
sure you do not have it somewhere on your harddrive?
