[perl-win32-gui] binaries don't work for me

I'm using perl 5.005.02 on NT 4.0 w/ SP3... and Visual Studio 6.0 w/
SP1.

When I place the GUI related files in the auto and lib directories...
and try running any of the sample programs, I get memory referenced can
not be read, and unhandled exception errors.
