Fantastico. What I am building is a windows app to control a remote radio
receiver, the PCR1000 from Icom. I have a trackball mouse that I wish to use as
a tuning control, rather than have to click up/down buttons. It's all pretty
much working ( I have writen a Perl module for the PCR1000 control ... )
