  Tk is more complete and is better documented ("Learning Perl/Tk").  I
  think Win32::GUI is still fairly new and does not support some of the
  features of Tk.  Win32::GUI is also unstable in certain areas.  The latest
  version 4??  broke some of my code.

  As for look and feel I think Tk looks just fine.  I like the fact that
  I can run the same code up on my Sun workstation.

  I'll probably come back and visit Win32::GUI in 1/2 year to see how it
  has matured.
