I'll send you an INF for an App that I use ('Explore From Here' from the NT Res Kit).
I would imagine that it would give you what you are looking for..
It looks like 2 reg entries in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT (with properly placed hooks to your app)..

I'm wondering how I can add a menuitem to the menu that comes up when a
user rightclicks an object in explorer or on the desktop (e.g. WinZip
adds 'Add to foo.zip' and ICQ adds 'Send file to user Bar'). I'd also be
