For "If you're in the," did you mean to write, "If you're in the UK"? :)
I found the Web site for the Professional Contractors Group at
http://www.pcgroup.org.uk/ ; they didn't say anything about chapters
anywhere else, so I assume it's only relevant if I'm checking up on the
credentials of a contractor in the UK.
