Failed to execute script 'cgibin/count.cgi': Win32 Error Code = 5 is the
error I get when trying to execute my activestate perl script from a web
page. I've got the IUSR_computer name account set to read permissions on
the website, cgibin directories and file. This is NT running IIS 4.0.
I've got .pl and .cgi mapped to c:\perl\bin\perl.exe. There are execute
script rights for the cgibin directory. The web page calling the cgi has
the .shtml extension. Anyone out there seen this before?
