All, I have a program I converted from VB into Perl. Amongst other things it connects to a DB (which is VAX based), and pulls out values.
When printing these values with the VB program, it comes out fine. When printing a so called date with the Perl version, I get the date as:- Win32::OLE::Variant=SCALAR(0x1a753d4) What do I need to do to interpret this memory reference?
