Sorry I sent the old version of the regular expression...the correct one is:
m/\s+((?:[\w\d\-\~]{2,}[@|\.](?:[\w\d\-\~]{2,}\.?\@?)+))/g
This one gets stuff like [EMAIL PROTECTED]
