I dont know what your problem is your script works on my Win2k see output
below,
C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxx\Desktop\Folder>list.pl A B C
This is perl, v5.6.1 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
(with 1 registered patch, see perl -V for more detail)
