I belive Josh Walgenbach who made Net-DHCPClient-1.0 also has a prototype of a server. I can't find the email at the moment, but I think he gave me a copy of it. The hardest part of a DHCP server is not the sockets its the DB, so it should be fairly easy.

I have a location with nothing but Win95/98 boxes and would like to use DHCP instead of Static IPs.
