The
technique that sourceforge uses can be used privately, as well. They use
CVS (Concurrent Versions System) to allow remote development. You can set
up CVS on your own computer, and your friends can connect to the CVS server
remotely to checkout/checkin files while developing. This is way most
remote development is done these days.
A few
tips: You can get CVS on windows if you install CygWin (http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/).
I recommend using SSH to access CVS remotely. Search on Google for the
instructions to setup SSH on CygWin for Windows. It's relatively
simple.
Also,
a good GUI-based Windows CVS client is WinCVS, although there are others,
as well.

). thanx for the answer, but i think sourceforge
gives a piece of place only for good projects, not for everyone.. And i need
a simple software to develop one or to app with my friend
together....

Subject: RE: Remote project editing for
Perl
You might look to SourceForge (//sourceforge.net)
as place to hold source and other info pertaining to the project. Easy
access for your team and a common location. Never used, but others
from the list probably have and can either confirm or tell you a better
place.
