DBI is just a Data-Base Interface: you need to know what database
you have, then get a Data-Base Driver (DBD) module for it from
CPAN. On Windows, try ppm DBD::xxx where xxx si the database name.
 
Like, what database are you using?
You might find the activestate win32 perl db list more responsive.
