Martin, I suggest that you look at cygwin http://www.cygwin.com/ for a Unix/Linux like environment on Windows. All the commands you've mentioned are available as precompiled windows binaries.
Alternatively, you could also try MKS Toolkit http://www.mks.com/ but it's not free and in my opinion not worth the expense.
