net::telnet
Hi ,
Here is the situation …
I need to run Script A in Unix , It will generate few parameters that should be passed to Script B . The Script A will call Script B ..
Script B will be on a Windows Server . Its input parameter is the data passed by Script A … IT SHOULD RUN IN WINDOWS and not in a shell on Unix …
After Script B completes execution , it should return Success / Failure or any other information back to Script A …
Is this possible , if so cld u please give me some ideas ..

HiThanks to everybody for their help ..I would be trying out your sugegstions one by one ..meanwhile where can i get info about net::telnet module and how to use them ..has anybody used it .... Is it easier than than "SOAP" method .. I ahve not yet explored SOAP as yet and have never used it .. could anybody give me more details on that ..I have seen Socket.pm module being used for a code that interacts with an ASP server page ... so can that be used for this too .. ?Thanks again for all HElPMax
