I am trying to download Crypt-SSLeay to support https URLs so I won't get error like 501 Protocol Scheme 'https' is not supported.
I encountered the following error : "Failed to download http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/Crypt-SSLeay.ppd : 500 Server closed connection " When I tried to do this ppm> install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/Crypt-SSLeay.ppd My hunch this is something to do with my proxy based on my previous experience with LWP when it encountered 500 Server closed connection. If so, how can I specify my proxy host on the prompt? I also tried to go CPAN website but the page for Crypt list can't be found.
