What happens when you enter 'ppm' at the command prompt ? What happens when
you enter 'ppm3' at the command prompt ? Can you provide a copy'n'paste(that
includes the actual command you entered) of what you get. Here's what I get:
-- start --
E:\>ppm
PPM - Programmer's Package Manager version 3.3.

Entering interactive shell. Using Term::ReadLine::Perl as readline library.

Type 'help' to get started.

ppm> quit

E:\>ppm3

-- finish --

Cheers,
