I'm offlined on last week end.

I don't get messages from PPM mailing list these days.
PPM is one of question but main question is that SFTP can be
working on Win32.
I should have asigned a propper subject.

I cc'ed the first message to the maintener of Net-SSH-W32Perl,
though not get a reply...
