Hello! I am trying to install the either Crypt::Blowfish_PP or
Crypt:Blowfish packages using the cpan utility and when I pull down the
package that step is successful but the make test and make install is
failing. The error message is below. I get the same error for both
modules. I am installing this on an Windows XPSP2 machine. The version
of perl I am using is 5.8.

make test had returned bad status, won't install without force
