Hi, Well, you'd have to ask the folks at ActiveState for a definitive answer. But as I understand my license, it applies on a personal basis so as long as it is me who is using the app, I can use it to package on MSWin, MacOSX ,Linux and any other platform it is available for. ... a quick trip to the web site confirms this.
