FYI, there appears to be a problem with the latest active perl release (ActivePerl-5.10.0.1002-MSWin32-x86-283697.msi). After installation, when I try to use any DBI related module, perl crashes and windows displays the error "this application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found". This is on server 2003 sp1.
