trying install Geo-Shapelib-0.20. after usual perl makefile.pl nmake produce following error: makefile(359) : fatal error U1033: syntax error : '$(AR)' unexpected Stop. NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cd' : return code '0x2' ++++++++++++++++++++++++ looking at makefile.pl I dont see any AR ! my questions: 1)how I install this module ? 2) how come such error in perl module in perl repository ?
