I checked with the Komdo team, and there is currently no way to specify a different interpreter in a project file. There is already an enhancement request for this functionality (for Python, but it is really the same issue), so you may want to add yourself to the CC list of the bug to register your interest: http://bugs.activestate.com/show_bug.cgi?id=84957 You could also ask in the "Macros and Extension" forum on the Komodo community site about help in automating the switching between interpreters with a macro or something as a workaround for now.
