I haven't checked, but the ActiveState PPM repositories for PPM3 haven't
been updated in years. Only the PPM4 repositories used by ActivePerl
5.8.8.818 and later are getting new modules built for them anymore.
It looks like there is a copy of PadWalker in the trouchelle repository
for 5.8 that should work on 5.8.4:
