Hhmmm, so 522 doesn't have threading or forking and 5.6 doesn't have
half of the modules that I need (at least it doesn't have them as ppm
packages).

Can I get precompiled binaries for WinNT and perl 5.6 anywhere other
than as ppm packages?  Alternatively, where do I get the source and how
do I compile them?  Is the cpan source cross-platform?  If so, I'm fine,
but if not then I've no idea how to go about making my own win32
modules...
