REPLY: I have already gotten (just a few hours later) a couple of requests
privately for a clue to a URL to this. The explanation is that I never
downloaded it from M$ site and there's a good reason: somebody else
(Charles Wilson) has made an explanation (including why it's likely to be
particularly hard to find) along with a link to a download (the hard work),
and the direct link is this:
