I've been trying to use the Win32::AdminMisc::SetPassword to set a
local account password and can't get it to work properly. No matter what
parameter I set for the username or computername I get it trying to change
the password on the account with the same name on the domain not on the
local workstation. I finally had to give up, disable the existing local
account and create a new one.
