try this (in fact you question was about Perl 5.6?):
msiexec.exe /i activeperl-5.6.0.613.msi PERL=d:\perl-5.6 PERL_PATH=Yes /qb-
/LIME <c:\temp\LOGFILE.txt>
Options you can set from the command promt include:
PERL=<path> (Set install location)
PERL_PATH=Yes|No (Set at Perl to the PATH)
PL_IISMAP=1 (Create Perl script map for IIS)
PLX_IISMAP=1 (Create Perl ISAPI script map for IIS)
