Using the latest version of Winzip, I'm able to right click the file, and
select Extract to...

But APi522e.exe doesn't seem to be a ZIP file. I can't find the EOCD
signature
in it (using unzip or winzip). And I can't find a command line option to
just
extract it.

Any suggestions?
