Never mind...I fixed it by generating a new .xml file and reinstalling the
hotfix.

Hey folks,
I downloaded Perl 613 and immediately tried to install the
PPM hotfix, to no avail. When running ppm version, it still reports 1.1.3.
I tried reinstalling the hotfix, and it simply responds with "Package 'PPM'
is up to date" .
Any clues as how to fix this annoying problem?
