Well when trying to ppm-load the package I got the error message 
Error installing package 'Win32-GUI': Could not locate a PPD file for 
package Win32-GUI

I tried a couple of ppm fixes but no luck so far in getting
access to Aldo's PPM archive. Can someone help?
