Tk is a set of graphical user interface widgets.  The Tk module provides
access to the widget set through perl giving you the ability to create GUI
programs with perl.  Here's an address of an FAQ

If you install Tk with PPM, all of the documentation will be installed as
well.  At the command prompt type:

        ppm install Tk
