Crypt-SSLeay available by PPM for Perl 5.6

When might Crypt-SSLeay be available by PPM for Perl 5.6?  Specifically, 
I'm using ActiveState's build 613.

Or is this something that needs to be asked for?  And if so, who is 
appropriate to ask?
