As a first step, you should probably become intimate with PPM and how
to use it. See the documentation that comes with Activestate Perl.
You can access it from the Start/Programs menus on the task bar.
You should also post to:
Perl-Win32-Admin Mailing List <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
That mailing list is more appropriate for this kind of problem.
