AdminMisc package on Active Perl 5.6 (613), NT 4 (SP6) - can't install

Dear All;

I want to install the AdminMisc package in NT server, this is the command 
that I type in the PPM> prompt:
install http://www.roth.net/perl/packages/win32-adminmisc.ppd

And I got this error message :
Error installing package 
"http://www.roth.net/perl/packages/win32-adminmisc.ppd' could not locate a 
PPM binary of "http://www.roth.net/perl/packages/win32-adminmisc.ppd' for 
this platform.

Please help.
