I am exhausting NT virtual memory ( 400M ) ( Perl 5.6) and causing 99Meg core
dumps on Solaris (Perl 5.4.4) while maintaining an in memory 5000 entry hash of
10 element arrays which contain a couple of small hash references. Is there any
way to monitor perl's memory usage and garbage collection from inside the perl
script?
