Symlinks are not support on WinNT, win 9x. I had heard reports that Win
2000 (the WinNT replacement) would support them, but I haven't seen anything
to confirm that.
The choices I can think of in windows:
-Copy the file
-Use the original file
-Use a Unix file system mounted to windows
and link it in unix.
