Perl2Exe vs. PerlApp

Hi,

  What is the diff between Perl2Exe and PerlApp (PDK)
  in term of handling modules?

  I'm using PerlApp and I believed it pack all the
  dependent modules to a *.dll and everytime the
  executable is run, the generated DLL is in the
  $ENV{'TEMP'} directory.  (I think)!
