Try getting a hold of the vbscript.chm file containing the language reference for VBScript (should be available for download at Microsofts site). That's all you're going to need once you get accustomed to the basics. If you're looking for books on the subject I can recommend the VBScript Programmer's Reference (ISBN: 1-861002-71-8) from Wrox.
