Hi !

Sorry for my poor english !!

I think your perl script (CGI) must generate the form page "on the fly" so it will be possible for you to include any output (ie : some messages or  something like error codes , warnings...)  where you want (ie : near the concerned field).

There are many other ways but this one of the simplest.
